Drop off & Pick up for small pet boarding
Drop off & Pick up will be from my side entrance or my main front door which is located with a Ring door bell.
This is to ensure appointment times do not over run with other clients.
A late fee of £5.00 will be added to the balance if over 15 minutes. If you do not inform me of the delay. This is just to avoid over lapping appointments.
All photos of my cabins & hutches are on my website. WhatsApp photos will be sent on a regular basis. Thank you.

Small Animal Booking Form will be sent on confirmation of your booking.
Check-In Policy
Monday-Friday:- Check-in is 9:00AM or before & from 12:00 PM to 2PM. Rates are per night till check-out at 12PM next day. Late checkout will be additional charge of £6.00 till 6pm. (What time you drop off and pick up your pet during the day the full rate will still apply if you are unable to do the check-in & check out times).
PLEASE NOTE:- If your return date is on a Saturday. The Check-Out time of your pet will be 12:00PM. Otherwise pick up time will be the next day Sunday between 10:00AM-11:00AM.
PLEASE NOTE:- If your return date is on a Sunday. The Check-Out time of your pet will be 11:00AM. Otherwise pick up time will be the next day Monday between 9:00AM-11:00AM.
