Is Your Pride & Joy Home or Away  insured?

Yes, I am  fully insured.

I  can provide a copy of the insurance certificate.

What happens in the event of an emergency during a walk, home visit or boarding in my home?

You will be contacted as soon as possible.

Your pet will be taken to your named vet, or the nearest possible one if necessary.

I will require your emergency contact details before walking your dog to ensure we can get in contact if need be and the same if I am home visiting or boarding.

In case of illness, all veterinary charges will be charged to the owner.

Do I need to be home when you collect and drop off my dog ?

As a dog walker and carer No, if you are happy to provide me with a key I will be fine to let myself in and out  and ensure all is safe with your property before leaving. If I am doing a home visit for dogs, cats or small pets (or your away) I can pick up keys before you leave and drop off on your return (or leave with neighbour or safe place at your request).

Will my dog be walked off the  lead?

Dogs are normally walked on a  lead unless you state  that your dog has a   good recall I  will then  be happy/confident  to take him/her off the lead for the  walk.
